While our focus is multi-family homes in the Northwest corridor of DC, our portfolio includes single family homes, apartment buildings, and commercial properties in all sections of the city.
With a team of highly motivated and well trained employees we pride ourselves on superior customer service. Regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance appointments are performed to insure your home remains in exceptional condition. Repairs are done on a timely as needed basis.
To minimize and/or avoid costly repairs for the company and you (our tenants) we urge you to contact us when having any mechanical problems or failures. Early detection these problems will assist us resolving issues in a timely fashion. It will also assist us in maintaining reasonable prices for rents. In the event this problem was caused by tenant neglect, early detection will also minimize any charges that will be billed to that tenant.
